Internet Settings

  1. Type the Email Server address of the email server that accepts email from this workstation.

    Contact your ISP or network administrator for details if you are not sure what to put in here.

    Note: If this workstation is connected to the Internet through a dial-up connection, the Internet connection must be active at the time the email message is sent.

  2. Type the From Address email address.

    If the recipient of the email address replies to the email, the From Address email address is used.

  3. Type the From Name.

    This is the text displayed in the From field of the email, although the From Address value is used in replies.

  4. Check Save these as default email settings for this workstation to use the Email Server, From Address, and From Name values for other email messages sent from FH.
  5. Click the FTP tab to enter details for sending files from FH through FTP.
  6. Type Address and Port for the FTP Server.
  7. Type the User Name.

    This is the FTP account user name assigned by the owner of the FTP site.

  8. Type the Password.

     This is the FTP account password assigned by the owner of the FTP site.

  9. Check Save these as default FTP settings for this workstation to use the FTP values for FH FTP operations, such as when FTPing state incident transaction files.
  10. Press OK.
