Staff Participation Report
From the Reports menu, select the Staff, Activity, and Training Reports category option.
The Reports listing is displayed.
Select the Participation Report, then press Run.
The Staff Participation Report form is displayed.
- Specify a date range.
Select which records to scan.
Select this To do this All NFIRS/EMS Incidents Scan participation in all NFIRS, EMS, combination (both NFIRS and EMS incidents), non-incident activities, and training classes. NFIRS Incidents Only Scan participation in all NFIRS incidents (EMS and combination reports are excluded), non-incident activities, and training classes. EMS Incidents Only Scan participation in all EMS incidents (NFIRS and combination reports are excluded), non-incident activities, and training classes Skip Incidents Exclude all NFIRS, EMS, and combination incidents. Training Participation Scan participation in training classes. If not checked, training filters are unavailable. Non-Incident Activities Scan participation in non-incident activities.
Under Global Filters, specify records to include.
If blank, all records as specified above are included.
(If staff availability detail is not found) Do one of the following.
Select this To do this Available assume the staff member is always available (if no availability records are available). Not Available assume the staff member is never available (if no availability records are available). Don't Use Availability
The staff member is assumed to always be available.
Note: Select this if you don't use staff availability.
Under Activity/Incident Filters, specify activity codes and NFIRS Incident Types to include (all are included if left empty).
If OMIT is checked and a NFIRS Incident Type is specified, all NFIRS Incident Types except those entered are scanned.
- Under Training Filters, specify which training classes to scan.
- Under Report Type, select Detail to list activities and totals for each staff member, or Summary to list staff member totals only.
- Press OK to run the report.
