Sort Lists and Move Columns In Record Lists
Record lists can be modified to meet your needs.
Example: Staff activities listed in the Staff form, Activities section.
Change Sort Order
- Left-click in a column to Sort Ascending (A to Z) by that column's contents.
- Right-click in a column to Sort Descending (Z to A) by that column's contents.
- Right-click then select Save Configuration to save your sort order.
Move Columns
- Click and hold on the column header you wish to move.
- Drag the mouse cursor to the new desired column position and release.
- Right-click then select Save Configuration to save your column order.
