Add Reports to Toolbar

FH allows you to add custom toolbars. A custom toolbar with frequently used reports can save you time.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Customize Toolbars option.

    The Customize Toolbars form is displayed.

  2. Press New to create a new toolbar.

    The Toolbar Properties form is displayed.

  3. Type Run Reports in the Toolbar Title field.

  4. Select the Button tab.

  5. Press New.

    The Toolbar Buttons Properties form is displayed.

  6. Select Run a Report in the Run What? field, then press the Select button.

    This displays all available reports

  7. Highlight the report you wish to add to the toolbar and press Select.

  8. Select the Appearance tab and type the name for the button in Button Caption field.

  9. Type a description of the report in Tool Tip Text field.

    This description is displayed when your cursor passes over the toolbar button.

  10. Press OK.

    You are returned to the Toolbar Properties form.

  11. Repeat these steps to add buttons for as many reports as you wish.
