Add Permits

  1. From the File menu, select the Occupancy Management option, then the Occupancies and Preplans option.
  2. (If the Occupancy form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), select the record from the list, then press OK.
  3. (If the Query form is displayed) Select the record from the list, then press OK.
  4. Click the Additional Records tab.
  5. Press Permits...

    A list of permits are displayed or the Permit form is displayed.

  6. If permits are listed, press Add to display the Permit form.
  7. Type a permit number, valid permit type, and issued and effective permit dates.
  8. (Optional) Add linked chemical inventory.

    1. Click the Linked Chemical Inventory tab.
    2. Press New to add a new chemical for the occupancy, or press Add Link to add a chemical already added for the occupancy.
  9. Add additional permit information, then press Save.
  10. (Optional) Add additional permits to be associated with the current Permit No.

    1. Press + to add a permit.
    2. Press ++, highlight permit types, then press OK to add multiple permits.
  11. Save and close permit.
  12. Save and close occupancy.
