Add Apparatus Specifications based on NFPA 1901

Apparatus specifications are added to the equipment record from the Inventory form, Specs section.

Warning: You should not change the inventory type after adding information to this section. If information is added and the Inventory Type is changed, the information is lost.

  1. Open the Inventory form, then access the Specs section.
  2. Select Apparatus from the Inventory Type dropdown.

    Apparatus specific fields are displayed in the Specs section, and maintenance and testing will include data elements specific to the inventory type.

  3. Complete remaining required and applicable fields as needed.
