Add NFPA 1710/1720 Report

  1. From the File menu, select the NFIRS 5 Incident Reporting option NFIRS 5 Incident Report option.
  2. (If the NFIRS Incident Report form is displayed) Press Browse (or Ctrl + O), highlight the record then press OK.
  3. (If the Query form is displayed) Highlight an incident, then press OK.
  4. Click the Additional Reports tab.
  5. Press NFPA 1710/1720 Information. The NFPA 1710/1720 Information form is displayed.
  6. Add information as needed.
  7. For any date and time field, press Response to add the date and time for a responding unit added to the Units & Personnel section.
  8. Save and close.
