Download the user-defined fields report and date queries for upsizing

When preparing your FH database for upsizing, you need to check your user-defined fields for reserved field names. You also need to check for invalid dates in all your modules, and this can be done most easily through a set of queries. The user-defined fields report and upsizing date queries can be downloaded from the Firehouse web site.

1. In a web browser, go to http://www.firehousesoftware.com/download/UserDefined_FieldRpt.fhz.

   The File Download dialog box appears.

   Caution: Do not click Open in the dialog box.

2. Click Save.

   The Save As dialog box appears.

3. Navigate to the location on your hard drive where you want to save the file.

4. In File name, change the extension of the file from .zip to .FHz.

   Warning: It is very important to change this file extension to .FHz, for FH to recognize the file. You do not need to unzip this file after it is downloaded.

5. In Save as type, select All Files.

6. Click Save.

   The Download Complete dialog box appears.

7. Click Close.
8. In a web browser, go to http://www.firehousesoftware.com/download/UPSIZE_Queries.fhz.
9. Repeat steps 2–7 download the date queries for upsizing.
10. Continue with Install the user-defined fields report and date queries.
