Activate Directory (AD) integration

1. Contact FH^® technical support and request an updated FH license that activates the AD integration feature.

   FIREHOUSE Software support staff is available to answer your questions by telephone or email. Support hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Call 800-921-5300, option 3. You can also send an email to support@firehousesoftware.com.

   You will receive an email with your serial number and a new activation code. You will need that activation code to complete the instructions below.

2. Log in to FH as an administrator.

3. Choose Administration → Activate or Update Features → Online System Activation.

   A dialog box appears.

   

4. Select Enter Activation Code, and then click OK.

   The Confirm Feature Activation dialog box appears.

   

5. In Serial Number and Activation Code, enter the serial number and code listed in the top of the license activation code document you were sent when you request the Active Directory integration feature.

6. Click OK.

   A confirmation dialog box appears, informing you that your license information has been updated. Depending on whether you are using FH Standard or FH Enterprise, the message in the confirmation dialog box may vary.

       

7. Click OK.

   A second confirmation dialog box appears, informing you that the feature was successfully updated.

   

8. Click OK.
