FH Inspector Synchronization 2.2.4 Release Notes
These Release Notes are for the 2.2.4 version of the FH® Inspector synchronization component, and provide a listing of the defects resolved during this release.
Note: The FH Inspector synchronization component requires FIREHOUSE Software 7.15.25 or higher.
The following issues were successfully resolved this release.
If you created a hydrant activity with a future date in FH, synchronized FH with FH Inspector, completed the hydrant activity in FH Inspector, synchronized back to the FH database, and then opened the activity in FH, the start date and time values did not update as expected, and appeared in FH as red fields.
If you were using FH Enterprise 7.16.10, when you synchronized FH Inspector with FH, the following error appeared.
Error 156: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'VALUES'.
If you added or edited an occupancy contact in FH Inspector and then synchronized with FH, the suite number did not synchronize back to FH as expected.
If you were using a hosted installation of FH that is not in the Central time zone, when you saved or created a record in FH, the record was created or saved with the client's time instead of with the server's time zone. This created a one-hour delay for clients in the Eastern time zone when synchronizing recently saved records.
