|
The following issues were successfully resolved this release.
In FIREHOUSE Software, if an automated task for running the FH Cloud synchronization utility ran between 9:45 PM and 12:10 AM Central, a 2071
error appeared in the FIREHOUSE Software Cloud Synchronization Utility dialog box, the FIREHOUSE Software Automated Task Processor dialog box indicated that the task processor was not responding, and a Microsoft Visual FoxPro dialog box indicated that Visual FoxPro had stopped working.
If you had incomplete inspections with images, when FH Inspector synchronized with the FIREHOUSE Software database, the following error message appeared.
Image Submission Error
There was problem with the submitting of images. The following images were discarded:
If you have an occupancy in the FIREHOUSE Software database that has an address and no latitude and longitude values for it, and you schedule an inspection for the occupancy, latitude and longitude values were not automatically generated for it in FH Inspector as expected.
If you uninstall then reinstall FH Inspector on the iPad, or try to relicense your current installation of FH Inspector, the synchronization does not finish as expected, and the company screen appears instead of the login screen in FH Inspector.
If you completed an inspection in FH Inspector in a time zone other than the Central time zone and then synchronized FH Inspector with MMI web site, the time zone offset did not calculate correctly, and the date and time stamps for the inspection changed in FH Inspector.
Note: To take advantage is this issue resolution, you must download and install the FH Cloud Synchronization Utility 3.1.2 from the FH web site. Once installed, no additional configuration is necessary.
