Add or edit certifications for medics

When the medic in the field is logging into FH Medic on the mobile application, the certifications of the crew members are listed. The list of certifications must be defined on the FH Medic administration site.

  1. (If you have not done so already) Access the Configurations -> FH Medic page, as described in Configure FH Medic for the mobile computers.
  2. Click Certifications.

    The Configurations -> Certifications page appears.

  3. Do any of the following.

    The Edit Certification dialog box appears over the Configurations -> Certifications page. For new certifications, the field in this dialog box is blank. For existing certifications, the field populates with existing information for the certification.

  4. In Certification, type information for a new certification into the field, or edit information already in the field for an existing certification.

    Example: EMT Basic, EMT Paramedic, and so forth.

  5. Click Save Changes.

    If you added a new certification, the new certification appears in the list.
