OSSI CAD to FIREHOUSE Software Interface

Incident information entered into OSSI CAD during dispatch can be exported to FH, creating FH records for data entry personnel to complete when the incident is complete. The main areas that are imported are Fire incident records and responding unit records.

There are two parts to this interface

OSSI Interface:

Required for the interface to work.

Functionality:

OSSI CAD will export the incident and unit information into a specified location.

FIREHOUSE Software Interface:

Required for the interface to work.

Functionality:

This interface will import the information into FIREHOUSE Software and initiate the incident. Works in conjunction with the Automated Tasks to import information at user defined intervals.
