HTE CAD400™ to FIREHOUSE Software Interface

Incident information entered into HTE CAD400™ versions 5.0 or greater during dispatch can be exported to FH, creating FH records for data entry personnel to complete when the incident is complete. The main areas that are imported are Fire incident records, EMS incident records (if you transport), and responding unit records.

There are two parts to this interface.

HTE Interface:

Required for the interface to work.

Functionality:

HTE Cad will export the incident and unit information into a specified location.

FIREHOUSE Software Interface:

Required for the interface to work.

Functionality:

This interface will import the information into FIREHOUSE Software and initiate the incident. Works in conjunction with the Automated Tasks to import information at user defined intervals.
