Please inform the email admin of the date/time the emails were sent and the following information (IP – Hostname – Envelope From Domain). With this information, they should be able to review the email logs to determine if the emails were received at the server level. If the email admin does find the email as being received, they can then determine the reason for the rejection or delay and take corrective action.
