Reset your FH®Cloud password, anytime!

Did you know you can actually reset your password yourself faster than you can call and have us do it for you? This can be really useful at 3:00 AM when you need immediate access to your data on the FH Cloud.

Follow the directions in Self-management of password (SMOP) to enroll in the self-management site and begin using its features.


FH®Cloud printer error is resolved

If you are an FH Cloud customer and had tried to print shortly after logging in, an error message appeared stating, "The selected printer is not ready." This issue has been resolved and the correction has been applied to all FH Cloud installations. You can now print right after logging in, and the error message no longer appears.

How do I get a new FH® user added to the FH®Cloud?

Email the following information to support@firehousesoftware.com, and request that the user be added to the FH Cloud.

  • The person's first and last name.
  • The FH user ID of that person.

The FH support team will add the new user and send back a confirmation email that includes the person's user ID on the FH Cloud. Be aware that if the FH user ID submitted for the new user already exists on the FH Cloud, the FH support team will alter the submitted ID to make it unique on the Cloud.

Example: An FH administrator created an FH user ID for a common name such as Bill Peters as BPETERS, and sent it to the support team with the request to add him to the FH Cloud. When adding the user, the support team found that they already have a BPETERS user ID on the FH Cloud. The support team then modified your BPETERS ID request to BPETERS2, to make it unique.

Important: Read the confirmation email from the support team carefully to verify that the user ID in FH matches the user ID in the confirmation email. If the two user IDs do not match, an FH administrator must edit the user ID in FH to match the FH Cloud user ID, or the user will not be able to log in.

If you notice formatting issues when creating a PDF file of an FH report, switch to a third-party PDF print driver such as Adobe Acrobat or Cute PDF.

  1. In FH, from the Reports menu, choose the type of report you want to print to a PDF file.
  2. In the Reports dialog box that appears, select the specific report you want to create, then click Run.
  3. In the Output Report To dialog box that appears, click Select Printer.
  4. In the Printer dialog box that appears, from Name, choose the third-party PDF printer driver you want to use, and then click OK.
  5. In the Output Report To dialog box, click OK.
  6. Proceed as normal with specifying the report's query parameters and generating the report.
